Our main aim
is for you to enjoy the relaxing holiday that you deserve. Therefore we
need to tell you our terms and conditions.

Bookings
will be reserved on receipt of a 33% deposit,(non-returnable) Balance to be
paid in full four weeks in advance. In case of last minute bookings
settlement must be paid direct to the owners’ bank account. Payments may be
made in Pounds Sterling to an English bank account or in Euros to a French
bank account.

|
We want you
to find our house all ready for you to enjoy your holiday, and with this in
mind we ask that you leave 30.00 Euros so that the house can be prepared
for the following guests.

|
|
|
Normal
household insurance has been taken out by the owners but guests are requested
to ensure that they are covered for any additional insurance they may feel
necessary.
|
|
|
|
Duvets and
pillows are provided. We ask that you bring your own bed linen, towels etc.
|
|
|
|
The orchard,
courtyard and garden are safe places for families to enjoy. We do not allow
access to the cellar nor any of the outbuildings. The owners will provide
full travel details on completion of booking. Please contact us direct for
any further information that you require

Cancellation
by the owners:

|
|
|
In this
unlikely event you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to the
Owner. No compensation is payable by the Owner.
|
|
|
|
Cancellation
by you:
|
|
|
|
You or any
member of your party may cancel your booking at any time however no refund
will be made for any monies paid. In certain cases any loss, if incurred
involuntarily, may be covered by insurance that you may have taken out.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

|
Behaviour:
|
|
|
|
It is your
responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not
behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks
damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances the house owners
have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case
the Owner's responsibility to you ceases immediately and there can be no
refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or
expenses you may incur as a result. Further, you will be liable to
reimburse the Owners for any expenses whatsoever it occurs as a result of
unacceptable behaviour.

Reservations

Reservations
are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals should not be before
3.00pm and departures no later than 10.00am.
